The
controversial daughter of top Yoruba actor, Murphy Afolabi, Moyosore,
who is the product of the actor’s alleged dalliance with a Lagos make up
artiste, Busayo was yesterday 15 September, 2014, a year older.
We gathered that the little Moyosore marked her day quietly with her friends as those who are taking care of her decided not to make noise about it.
“One of the Lagos based make-up artistes, Arayinbogoke Busayo, has disclosed that the father of her three year old daughter is Murphy Afolabi, actor/producer in Nollywood.
The 20-year-old make-up artist, recently mentioned him as the biological father of her daughter, Moyosore, who is said to be a split image of the talented actor.
According to the story, Murphy and Busayo met at a movie location in Ikorodu, Lagos, early 2009. Busayo, in company of a friend of hers, Khadijat, an actress, came to the location to to check on her boyfriend, Adekola Tijani better known as Golugo, and Murphy allegedly used that opportunity to talk Busayo into a relationship.
The girl said, “First, I was reluctant, but after troubling me for a while, I agreed to date him and he had s*x with me flesh-to-flesh”
Thereafter, Busayo got pregnant and claimed that the fair-skinned actor was responsible for the pregnancy.
However, Murphy when asked about the pregnancy and Busayo’s claim that he’s responsible for it, bluntly denied it.
Three months later, the lady was delivered of a bouncing baby girl, and subsequently, Busayo and her mum went to Murphy Afolabi’s family house in Osun State where she was reportedly told that such a case was not new to them, as many ladies had at different occasions come to them bringing pregnancies, or babies, saying Murphy is responsible for them.
Most of the time, you listen to very intelligent people talk about what they would have done differently if they are involved in decision making about our community and nation and you wonder why they won’t get involved in politics. If you are not part of decision makers, then you live by the law others make for you either you like it or not. Charity begins at home, it’s best to affect and effect changes in my immediate environment first.
My people love me, the women folks love me and the youths are in support of me. When you have God and your people, the sky is the beginning. There’s no dream too tall. If you can dream it you can achieve it. I have signalled my intention to run for the seat of house of assembly and we are very confident.
