The founder of the Synagogue Church of all Nations (SCOAN), Prophet T.B. Joshua has released a new statement and the video showing the precise moment of SCOAN guest house collapse in Ikotun, Lagos State.
Unseen security footage “from another angle” has been published on YouTube by the official channel of SCOAN, EmmanuelTV.
The new video starts with an introduction, reminds viewers of the previous video and photo data available.
Then it switches to a security camera located inside SCOAN premises. The camera captured the bottom of the building. Some unsuspecting people may be seen walking outside the doomed guest house.
But then the collapse happened. The video repeats in for a couple of times, in real time and in slow motion. Lucky survivors, who were meters from the collapsed building are seen scampering for safety.
The final part of the video shows more photos from the scene of the collapse, ‘floors piled on top of each other’. The SCOAN also takes an opportunity to express its deepest condolences.
T.B. Joshua Ministries also reiterated in a Facebook post that “the Church views this tragedy as part of an attack on The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations and in particular, Prophet T.B. Joshua.”
In the previous statement on September 26, 2014, Friday, the Church warned the media against giving “the impression that the collapse was due to structural defects”.
See the newest video below:
It would be recalled that the leadership of SCOAN attributed the tragedy which happened in Lagos on September 12, 2014, to a strange aircraft. Several videos and photos have emerged after the incident showing the aircraft, most likely a plane, flying low for at least 4 times within one hour before disappearing. And after the incident the strange aircraft does not return.
This contradicts to the position of Lagos State authorites who previously declared that the tragedy resulted due to the failure by the Church to comply with building regulations. According to Lagos officials mounting of four extra floors on a foundation of the guest house that was originally designed to hold two storeys led to the tragedy.
