Model/fashion designer Kimora Lee Simmons , 39, is four months pregnant with her first child with her husband, banker Tim Leissner Page Six magazine reports. This will be the fourth child for Kimora as she has had 3 children from previous relationships. Kimora, has two daughters, Ming, 14, and Aoki, 12, with ex-husband Russell Simmons, and a son, Kenzo, 5, with 2nd ex-husband actor Djimon Hounsou.
