Creative designer behind fast rising fashion house April by Kunbi gets a fancy new tattoo.
Olakunbi Oyelese is the lady behind the success that is April by Kunbi, popular for designing Toke Makinwa's wedding dress. Her designs are fast becoming a top choice of celebrities such as Genevieve Nnaji,Toke Makinwa, Rita Dominic, Seyi Shay, Agbani Darego, Tiwa Savage, Mo'Cheddah and others. TV and radio personality Toke Makinwa is known to be a major client of the designs by April Kunbi.
Olakunbi who was one of the judges of the Fayrouz The L’Original alongside Mai Atafo shared via her Instagram a video clip of herself in the tattoo parlour getting a new tattoo saying 'April' on her wrist.
According to the fashion designer who graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York 'April' is significant to her because her passion for fashion all began in April.
She has joined the likes of Annie Idibia, Tonto Dikeh, Toolz who also have tattoes.
